It's a late April night and as we walk into the restaurant it's starts to lightly rain. We get seated and order food, talking about meaningless stuff until appetizers arrive. They're playing some old slow jams like Purple Rain or Your Song. We order some drinks and start getting to know each other some more; the rain picks up a little. By the time we're done with entrees the rain has died down to a slight misting just as golden hour hits. We drive back to your place listening to music and singing along. It's just at dusk when I drop you off. I ask if you'd like to spend some more time together before going inside. If you say yes, I'll pull out some blankets and we stargaze for a while on my car listening to the dull hums of music coming from my car. Enjoying to fresh rain smell and each other's company until you decide to go home. If you had said no, then both situations end the same way. I wish you a good night and make sure you get into your home safely before pulling away into the night.
