I hate answering this particular question because its either "you're trying to hard" or "its underwhelming" or 'too cheesy" etc .. But here it is anyways....
I have a pilots license, so prior to our 1st date I'd casually ask you places you'd like to visit or things you'd like to see. Btw my license only allows me to fly planes like Cessna's (the tiny ones)
I'd drive over and pick you up. I'd tell you in advance that were just gonna get some coffee or food (which I would actually stop by a coffee shop first because getting to know someone in person is so much more intimate/important than talking via text, online, etc)
So after we get coffee we'd drive to the airport and I'd have a flight plan and everything once we landed mapped out in advance. We'd fly over downtown, the legends, etc and land wherever you said you'd wanna go. Once we landed I'd have some type of picnic/lunch laid out and we'd go explore the city. After we land back home everything else would be spontaneous (which is personally my favorite kinda date/interaction). After spending the entire day together id pickup on things you enjoy doing (whether its cooking, watching movies, etc) and thats how we'd end the date

Either meet at a bar, park or restaurant for a bit of social interaction and getting comfortable with one another. Afterwards maybe go back to your place for some more personal interaction.

Meet up for lunch. Go enjoy the day together casually walking in parks or going to the movies. get to know each other. go out for dinner and drinks and maybe go home after for more drinks and stream tv or movies all night and cuddle :)
